Shipping policy

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri).

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days in the U.S.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, reach out ASAP — once shipped, we can’t change it.

If your order shows as delivered but you can’t find it, check with your carrier or local post office. We’re happy to help where we can, but carriers are responsible once the package is scanned delivered.
